I just ran across this excellent diagram and article of The 6 Spheres of Social Media Marketing, and have to say I like the way it lays everything out in an easy to understand format. The process and relationships within your marketing mix are clearly defined, and easy to understand. And if you have trouble viewing the map in your browser, there is a downloadable pdf as well. This is a must check out, insofar as I am concerned.
